Ghostly Pictures

Here are a few examples of my final project for my black and white photo class.  To see the rest of the photos in the series, click here. It is a series of 16 ghostly photos. I got my inspiration from the quote "The ones we love will never truly leave us." Sirius Black - Harry Potter and The Order of the Phoenix

Photography

I took an Introduction to Photography this semester. It was a black and white film class. I learned a lot of new concepts on how to take good pictures.

For the final, we had to create a series of six pictures that were related in some way. I spent weeks trying to decide what I wanted to do. I eventually decided to find new uses for technological junk. I took three pictures of the junk just sitting there going to waste. Then I took the other three of the junk being used.

Here are the pictures I took of floppy disks:

Next semester I am going to take a digital photography class in color as well as a photoshop class. It will be a lot of fun.

Merry Christmas!!
